It is an agent that is capable of extracting either Chem Fluid or Strong Chem Fluid from other items. As such, this item cannot be used on its own, but combining it with one of the following items will yield the respective result:

To receive Chem Fluid:

• Combine with a First Aid Med.
  
• Combine with 10 Handgun Ammo.
  
• Combine with 100 Burner Fuel.
  
• Combine with Psychostimulants.
  

To receive Strong Chem Fluid:

• Combine with a Strong First Aid Med.
  
• Combine with 10 Enhanced Handgun Ammo.
  
• Combine with a Flame Round.
  
• Combine with a Neuro Round.
