Blue Medallion (Resident Evil 4 Remake)

A blue medallion adorned with the Los Iluminados symbol.

These medallions are related to requests issued by the Merchant. Throughout the game there are areas that will contain several of these medallions in various spots, and they must be destroyed in order to fulfil the request.
