This key is used in the following locations:
- Used to unlock the door in the Chief's Office leading to the East Stairway 2F.
- Used to unlock the door in the East Storage Room leading to the Small Storage Room.
- Used to unlock the door in the East Stairway 1F leading to the Interrogation Room.
- Used to unlock the door in the Supply Room leading to the Records Room.
