Behind the fence in the southern area of the porch.

Next to the pile of logs on the west side of the top platform of the windmill.

On the very top of a pole of some debris sticking out of the water in the northern distance, viewable from the northern corner of the walkway

On the pile of trash and debris in the west corner of the area.

Inside the small wooden kiosk underneath Otto's Mill.

On the small wall behind some buckets on the B1 level of the stairs.

On the southern edge of the chamber.

On one of the horizontal support structures of the elevator shaft. When you ascend from B3 to B1, look out through the west side of the elevator and the goat will pass by you. Alternatively, stand on the B3 Walkway and look up at the elevator shaft to see it and shoot it.

On the oil drum in the north west corner of the room.

Inside the large chamber containing the Megamycete. After the cut-scene, look to the right and investigate the small water pool with mold stalagmites. In the middle is a statue, and the goat is by its feet.
