Inside the lantern hanging above the well on the west side of the area, next to the small cabin. You will acquire this if you destroyed the stick holding the well lid open before destroying the lantern. If you let it land inside the well, you will receive the Dirty Pearl Pendant instead.

If you did destroy the stick and let it land on top of the well, you will receive the Pearl Pendant instead.
