A round handle made to represent a ring of light.
This wheel is used on mechanisms located in the Water Hall area of the castle to lower staircases so you can access subsequent areas. It gets used the following times:
- Used on the east side of the Water Hall Lower Level to lower the staircase so you can re-access the western area of the Water Hall.
- Used on the east side of the western area of the Water Hall to lower the staircase so you can gain access to the eastern area of the Water Hall.
