Blasphemer's Head (Resident Evil 4 Remake)

The head of a stone statue. It has horns and wears an expression of anguish.

This is one of two stone heads needed to acquire the Church Insignia from within the Mural Cave of the village. Place this along with the Apostate's Head on the two giant stone hands to release the object from its pedestal.
