StandardUse the Level 2 Keycard on the Overwrite Terminal on the north side of the room to convert it into the Level 3 Keycard. You need to use the Wrench in order to unlock and activate the machine.
Level 3 Keycard (Resident Evil 4 Remake)
A security keycard used in Facility 1. Grants clearance up to level 3.
This keycard is used in the following places on the island:
- Unlocks the door in the Incubation Lab Entry leading to the Connecting Passage.
- Unlocks the door in the Facility 1 Storage leading into the Holding Cell.
