1 Yellow Quartz - On the front of the lute hanging from the ceiling in the north east corner of the house.

1 Yellow Quartz - Inside a toppled milk urn underneath the house. The door of the outhouse in this area has a yellow arrow painted on it that points to its location.

1 Yellow Quartz - Embedded in one of the crystal formations scattered above you.

1 Yellow Quartz - Inside the locked fridge in the north east corner of the northern passageway. You need to use a Lockpick to open it.

1 Yellow Quartz - High up on the wall on the south side of the lower level. It is in the corner opposite the foot of the stairs leading up to the upper level.

1 Yellow Quartz - On the underside of the pipe above the southern door leading to the 'L' Passage. You need to restore power and push the button to lower the platform to access it.

1 Yellow Quartz - On the rocks inside the northern hidden area. You need to destroy the cracked wall to access this area.

1 Yellow Quartz - On the north east side of the broken walkway overhead on the southern half of the chamber.

1 Yellow Quartz - On the wall of the west upper platform. This platform is accessible by taking the zip-line from the north west area on the B1 Walkway.
