StandardWhen you first visit this area you will strike up a conversation with The Duke, who will reveal that the Dirty Flask you have in your possession is in fact the one that contains the Head of Rose.
Head Flask (Resident Evil Village)
A glass container with the flower and swords crest. It has a label with Rose's name and the word "head."
This is one of four flasks said to each contain a body part of Ethan's daughter Rose. This one was entrusted to Alcina Dimitrescu and apparently contains Rose's head.
You need to use this and the three other flasks on the central pedestal in the middle of the Village Altar.
