Blue Medallion (Resident Evil 4)

A blue medallion bearing the Los Iluminados insignia. There are a total of 15 of these in the game. You first learn of their importance from the document titled "About the Blue Medallions".

Upon speaking to the Merchant, he will offer you a reward for shooting down the medallions. If you shoot down at least 10 of them, he will give you a specialized handgun, namely the Punisher, for free. If you shoot down all 15, you will receive the same handgun with an added firepower upgrade applied.
