G (Fourth Form) (Resident Evil 2 Remake)

This is the fourth mutation of the G-Virus infected William Birkin. Damage sustained to a creature infected with the G-Virus triggers a surge of uncontrolled mutations. The mutations at this stage have started to overwhelm itself, resulting in the virus overcompensating and producing a vile monster. However, despite these changes it has not slowed down this creature's agility or instinct to kill.
