This is the third mutation of the G-Virus infected William Birkin. Damage sustained to a creature infected with the G-Virus triggers a surge of uncontrolled mutations. All traces of the former human have been lost now, leaving a completely alien-looking monster with two additional arms. This is the purest form of this creature.
