These clips will only appear in the main game if you have played the Leech Hunter mini-game and achieved at least an E Rank. However, they're only usable once you have acquired the Sub-Machinegun which is unlocked after completing the main game in under 5 hours. Once you have this weapon, these clips can be combined with it to restore its ammunition counter.
