Fongling is a mysterious Chinese agent, supposedly working for the Chinese Safety Division as an engineer.
She winds up on the same mission as Bruce. She is resourceful and always committed to serving her country, sometimes putting her personal opinions about her superiors on hold for the purpose of the mission and the safety of her homeland.
