Mixing it with a Green Herb will increase your maximum health.

One of three different herbs found growing in pots in and around the Island area.

This herb can be used to increase your maximum health, allowing you to take more damage without being killed. If you combine this with the Red Herb and Green Herb, it will increase your maximum health and restore your health completely.
