- If you chose to explore the Hospital, you will use this item to open the manhole cover in the Dynamo Room.
- If you chose to explore the Library, you will use this tool in the Library Back Alley.
- If you chose to explore the Amusement Arcade, you will use this tool in the Casino Storage Room.
