Crimson Head Prototype 1 (Resident Evil Remake)

This is the first recorded incident of a Zombie transforming into a Crimson Head, and as such is was locked away for further experimentation.

Its time in isolation obviously caused it to undergo further mutation, as this monster is much stronger than its counterparts, and can sustain a lot more damage before it is well and truly dead.
