  Inside the western room. In the alcove behind the red painting on the north wall of the room. You need to feed the statue on the desk 2 Mr. Raccoon Medals in order to activate the light puzzle. Once activated, move the southern statue over the patch of light and put yourself over the other to reveal the hidden alcove.
