This area is made up of two rooms, the operations room on the east side and the manager's office on the west.

The west room contains a device that accepts the numerous Mr. Raccoon Medals you find scattered throughout the zoo. See below for the quantity that is required to gain access to hidden items.

On Normal, Hard and Very Hard you need to use the control panel in the corner of the eastern room to restore power to the zoo. The control panel requires a 4 digit pass code, which can be acquired by reading the Message from Management file.
