Catacombs. At the start of the catacombs you will encounter several sarcophagi that can have their lids removed. This weapon is inside one of these. Only appears here if you do not already have this weapon in your possession.
Cavern. When you first land in the cavern, cross the bridge directly ahead of you and you will be on a stone platform. The stone pillar ahead of you will have this weapon sticking out of it. Only appears here if you do not already have this weapon in your possession.
