These are mere by-products of experiments conducted by Los Illuminados on humans and animals. These creatures avoid broad daylight, tending to stay in dark places. As a rule, Novistadors appear in swarms, so be watchful when you encounter your first specimen. There are tow types of Novistador - the strong one can turn invisible, while the weak one can fly.
