Leon's former comrade, Jack Krauser, has armed himself with superhuman powers, allowing him to move at lightning speed and leap 20 metres into the air. During the main confrontation with him at the sand fortress, you see the full extent of his powers as he mutates his left arm into a wing-like weapon, capable of deflecting bullets.
