Signal Modulator (Resident Evil 2 Remake)

This is used on wall terminals throughout the NEST facility. Each terminal has a unique code assigned to it displayed in yellow letters. You must configure this modulator to use the same code, and then use the nobs to tune it so the signal pattern matches the frequency of the code. Once done, use the modulator on the wall terminal to restore the power. It will not work on the given terminal until the frequencies match.

This modulator is used in the following places:

• Used on the terminal on the west wall of the Nap Room to open the bunk bed shutters.
  
• Used on the terminal in the south east corner of the B2 Lounge to unlock the doors to the Server Room and the Low-Temp Testing Lab.
  
• Used on the terminal in the north east corner of the Biotesting Lab to restore the power to the lab, allowing you access to the Lab Changing Room.
