This monstrous stranger will pursue you throughout the Police Station, and attempt to punch you to death should you come within striking distance. His motives are unknown, but there are reports that he was developed and programmed by Umbrella to rid Raccoon City of witnesses of the virus outbreak.
It is possible to momentarily stun this pursuer with enough ammunition, but it is more advisable to simply run. If he loses track of you, he will systematically patrol the station looking for you. Your gunfire, even your running footsteps, will alert him to your presence and he will hone in on your location.
