- Use it to unlock the double doors in the 1st Class Guest Room Hall leading to the Spiral Staircase Hall 2F.
- Use it on the control panel on the wall in the southern side of the Spiral Staircase Hall 1F. It will unlock the doors on the 2F of this room leading to the 2nd Class Guest Room Hall Entry.
