Tyrant (Resident Evil: Dead Aim)

Tyrant's have always been synonymous with the Umbrella and their quest for the ultimate lifeform, and this one is no exception. This particular monster was created using the newly concocted t+G-Virus. However, rather than sharp claws on the end of its arms, it instead developed tentacles that make this foe capable of attacking from a fair distance away.
