Leon's former comrade, Jack Krauser has armed himself with superhuman powers, allowing him to move at lightning speed and leap 20 metres into the air. During your confrontation with him, you see the full extent of his powers as he arrives with his left arm mutated into a wing-like weapon, capable of deflecting bullets.
