It is quite a powerful weapon and comes loaded with infinite ammunition.
It is acquired by completing the game in under three hours, and will appear in Chris' inventory when starting a new game from the unlocked save file. Please note: There is some debate over the criteria needed to acquire this weapon, there are reports that this weapon is only available to certain editions of the PC version and it replaces the Infinite Rocket Launcher reward. It has been verified that this can be unlocked in the GOG port of the game.
