These are deceased humans brought back to life by T-Virus infected plant roots, which wind their way through the victim's body and animate the dead tissue. They move and behave identically to Zombies. Be warned that by attacking one of these creatures will result in it producing a cloud of spores capable of inflicting the "Poison" status.
