"Evil Shade" is a medical nickname given to large poisonous bulbs growing from mutant ivy vines in and around the abandoned hospital in the "Flashback" scenario. Intermittently, the bulbs release a gaseous spore cloud. Any one caught within this cloud stands a strong chance of suffering the "Poison" status.
