An oil lighter. You can use it to light a dark area.
A normal oil lighter.
If you equip this lighter you can see better in dark places. You can also use it to start the fire in the Private Residence's Dining Room to provide better light for the entire room.
It also has an additional use in that it keeps Bats away from you. However, have it lit around Moths and they'll be attracted to the light.
