1 × Bishop - Research Facility - Living Quarters. In the large red-carpeted corridor leading to the main hall, there are several gold vases on plinths lining the sides. Smash the vase on the right side of the corridor and you will find the skill points inside.
1 × Bishop - Research Facility - Living Quarters. In the main hall with the large golden statue, look for a golden vase on a plinth to the right of the statue when you face the side where you insert the ID Medals. Smash the vase and you will find the skill points inside.
2 × Bishop - Research Facility - Living Quarters. You need to insert 16 of the ID Medals into the slot located on the central statue in the Main Hall. This will raise a gate on the north side of the hall, giving you access to a chest containing two sets of these skill points.
1 × Bishop - Research Facility - Entrance. Can only be obtained when playing as Jake. When you jump over the tank and proceed inside the building, you will find yourself in a large room separated by a glass wall. The skill points are in the first section of the room, in a metal case on the table between the two red seats.
