3 Rubies (Pear) - The mines. In the roof of the first long tunnel section. The first one is just around the curve from the starting point, the second is in the section where you wade through water, and the third is on the opposite side of the wooden bridge.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Marshlands. At the east dock, on the post to your left as you enter the main pool again after exploring the huts above.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Marshlands. At the north east dock, shoot the animal skull that stands on the left-hand side of the first hut doorway.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Execution ground. Shoot the first torch hanging from the ceiling when you enter the tunnel.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Caves. Shoot one of the animal skulls when you reach the exit.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Ancient village. Examine the mummified remains a couple of times to acquire it.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Labyrinth. On the ground of the upper level after pulling the cords of the pair of purple statues.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Worship area. Underneath the bridge at the northern edge of the map.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Pyramid. On the first level down, it is on the raised platform area that Sheva runs onto automatically.

1 Ruby (Pear) - Pyramid. Shoot the skulls inside the room on the east side of the second level down. You need to align the light correctly to open the doors.
