Licker (Resident Evil 2 Remake - The 4th Survivor)

These usually appear on their own but can be accompanied by other enemies. In the main game you can play the stealth game and via to sneak past these enemies, but stunning them to give you a chance to run past them might be the best tactic to get the best time.
