These rounds are used with the M79 Grenade Launcher. There's only one set of rounds available in the game, so they should be used in moderation. When used against any enemy, although they appear to do little, they actually halve the amount of health they have. These rounds should be the first to be used against a tough boss battle, weakening it exponentially before switching to a standard weapon to finish it off.
