Albert Wesker (Resident Evil 5)

Every time a viral or B.O.W. incident occurs across the globe, one man always seems to be there, either standing at the forefront or controlling things from the shadows. That man's name is Albert Wesker.

In 2009 Wesker appeared in Africa, with both the pharmaceutical branch of the company Tricell and one of its major players, Excella Gionne, under his command. He wanted to use them to bring about his dream: the realization of the "Uroboros Project".
