Survival Knife

Unlike martial arts, the Survival Knife doesn't require Stamina to use, giving you the ability to melee attack enemies without waiting to recharge. The Survival Knife inflicts low damage and isn't very fast.

This is one of Leon's default weapons.

Combat Knife

Chris uses this weapon to relentlessly attack enemies at close range without worrying about spending or recharging stamina. The Combat Knife is strong, but save it as a last resort for when you've fully deleted your ammunition.

Stun Rod

This is a close-range melee weapon that you can use continuously without spending stamina. When an enemy is hit by the Stun Rod, they are stunned for a short period, allowing you or your partner to hit them without retribution.

Charge the Stun Rod by holding down the attack button. This charged attack stuns enemies for longer and can potentially take out weaker enemies in a single attack. You can move whilst charging the Stun Rod but only at a slow pace, which makes you defenceless.

This is one of Sherry's default weapons.

Nine-Oh-Nine

A weapon for Chris and Jake is a standard handgun with a decent-sized clip and a fast rate of fire. As a weapon it's rather unremarkable but useful in a pinch.

If you have no other options available you can unload into enemies even if you can't quickly dispatch them. It uses 9mm Ammo.

Wing Shooter

Leon's unique handgun has a larger clip than most other handguns, and can be duel-wielded, allowing you to unload numerous bullets into enemies without reloading. As a result, the Wing Shooter proves to be a useful weapon during the entirety of Leon's campaign.

The Wing Shooter also features a unique combo performed by using Quick Attack up to five times in a row while duel-wielding. It uses 9mm Ammo.

Picador

Helena's unique weapon is similar to the Nine-Oh-Nine but can fire an additional round before reloading.

This weapon is fine to use, but should be substituted for something more powerful. It uses 9mm Ammo.

Triple Shot

This unique handgun features a large clip size as well as the ability to switch between single and triple-shot burst fire modes.

In single-shot mode, the weapon is an average handgun. Use the triple-shot mode of this weapon against stronger enemies that you can't drop with a single handgun shot. It uses 9mm Ammo.

Shotgun

This classic weapon fires in a large spread, allowing you to attack multiple enemies with a single shot and dealing big damage to enemies at close range. You can also use this weapon's wide spray of buckshot to hit fast-moving enemies that avoid single-shot weapons like handguns.

This shotgun is also stronger at long ranges than it would seem, making it a decent weapon against distant enemies as long as you have the extra ammo. It uses 12-Gauge Shells.

Assault Shotgun

This variety of shotgun does not hold as many shots per clip as the normal Shotgun. But it allows you to fire rounds much faster.

Hydra

Unlike the other shotgun weapons, Helena's Hydra is a sawed-off shotgun that fires a large spread in front of her as quickly as you can pull the trigger. The Hydra isn't a strong as the Shotgun at long and medium-range, but it is devastating at short-range.

Helana has a unique quick-attack combo when the Hydra is equipped, allowing her to perform three unique attacks. The Hydra can only fire three rounds before reloading and uses a different ammo type than the other shotguns. It uses 10-Gauge Shells.

Elephant Killer

This revolver-style handgun functions like the Lightning Hawk but with additional damage, additional delay between shots, and a smaller clip size.

However, like the Lightning Hawk, this weapon is incredibly useful and should be a frequent go-to when you need a powerful weapon. It uses .500 S&W Magnum Ammo.

Lightning Hawk

Although this looks like a standard handgun, it's incredibly powerful and features stopping power at any range. It fires slowly, but it knocks down any enemies it hits, allowing you to quickly clear a path. This weapon is especially effective in constrictive areas like hallways.

Ammunition is scarce, but it can hold up to 50 using a single slot, making it a useful and powerful weapon. It uses .50 Action Express Magnum Ammo.

Sniper Rifle

The Sniper Rifle has an attached scope that allows you to precisely target enemies at long ranges. The weapon has two levels of zoom available to it.

Use this weapon to attack enemies at long ranges at the back of the battlefield to support a partner at the front lines. While the Sniper Rifle has a six-shot clip, there is a significant delay between each shot that is fired. It uses 7.62mm NATO Ammo.

Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle

The Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle fires faster than the normal Sniper Rifle, allowing you to quickly take out multiple targets from long ranges.

Its clip size is smaller, but this weapon remains scoped after every shot, allowing you to stay locked on your distant targets. It uses 7.62mm NATO Ammo.

Anti-Materiel Rifle

This enormous anti-tank rifle is incredibly powerful, allowing you to destroy multiple targets at long and close ranges. The weapon has a long delay after each shot, leaving you vulnerable if you miss your shot.

This weapon features two levels of zoom as well as a thermal scope, which highlights living creatures to reveal distant or hidden targets. It uses 1.27mm Ammo.

This is one of Piers' default weapons.

Assault Rifle for Special Tactics

This automatic rifle is a powerful weapon with a high rate of fire. Use it to attack groups of enemies at medium and short ranges.

This is Chris' most useful weapon and will be his go-to attack option throughout his campaign. Given its flexibility, prioritise this weapon's ammo over Chris' other weapons. It uses 5.56mm NATO Ammo.

MP-AF

The Machine-Pistol Accurate-File weapon is unique to Piers, and functions both as a pistol and an automatic rifle.

In single-shot mode, it's a useful handgun that holds a large clip and requires minimal reloading. As an automatic rifle, it isn't very strong, but its high rate of fire can easily dispatch enemies. It uses 9mm Ammo.

Ammo Box 50

This machine pistol features a large clip and a fast rate of fire, allowing you to quickly attack a number of enemies or simply unload on a single target.

Unfortunately this weapon deals very little damage per hit, so it should used only as a last resort. It uses 9mm Ammo.

Bear Commander

This is a powerful weapon that works as an automatic rifle and as a grenade launcher. As an automatic rifle, it's comparable to the Assault Rifle in terms of damage, rate of fire as well as function, but overall a slightly weaker weapon. In terms of its grenade launching feature, it only supports the use of 40mm Explosive Rounds.

Overall it is a versatile weapon suited to taking out groups of enemies and strong, single targets. For its primary rifle function it uses 5.56mm NATO Ammo.

Assault Rifle RN

This variation of the Assault Rifle is similar to the others but offers an attached bayonet for close-combat attacks.

The bayonet increases damage during martial arts attacks, making it a handy weapon for both medium and close ranges. It uses 5.56mm NATO Ammo.

This powerful weapon launches one of three types of grenades that explode on impact, each causing a unique effect.

Crossbow

Ada's crossbow is a silent but deadly weapon that can shoot two different types of arrows, each with a specialised function.

This weapon is particularly useful for sections of the Ada's campaign that require stealth to take out enemies. It can be loaded with Normal and Pipebomb arrows.

Hand Grenade

These thrown weapons create a large explosive blast that is powerful enough to destroy many enemies in a single attack.

Each grenade can only be thrown once before it is used up. However, you are capable of stacking up to five grenades in a single inventory slot. You should save grenades for taking out larger groups of enemies.

Incendiary Grenade

After you have thrown an Incendiary Grenade, it spreads napalm in a short area and covers enemies caught in its blast radius in flames.

Like the Hand Grenade, each grenade can only be thrown once before it is used up. However, you are capable of stacking up to five grenades in a single inventory slot.

Flash Grenade

This grenade variation creates a large flash, stunning any enemies caught near it and potentially destroying some outright.

Like the Hand Grenade, each grenade can only be thrown once before it is used up. However, you are capable of stacking up to five grenades in a single inventory slot.

Remote Bomb

Unlike grenades, when you use one of these remote bombs it will only detonate when you manually trigger it yourself. The explosion created by this bomb is very large, so be sure to gain some distance before detonating.

Rocket Launcher

The most powerful weapon in the game can only be found once in the Campaign. Any enemy you fire this weapon at will be instantly destroyed, along with anything around it.

40mm Explosive Rounds

A container of 40mm explosive grenade shells.

These shells cause a small explosion resulting in massive damage to enemies caught within the blast radius. They are used with the Grenade Launcher, and can also be loaded into the secondary fire of the Bear Commander.


40mm Acid Rounds

A container of 40mm acid-filled grenade shells.

These shells spray a corrosive fluid over a small area that damages enemies on contact. They are used with the Grenade Launcher.


40mm Nitrogen Rounds

A container of 40mm nitrogen-filled grenade shells.

These shells will douse any enemies with liquid nitrogen, instantly freezing them allowing you to shatter them with a follow-up melee attack or weapon fire. They are used with the Grenade Launcher.


Arrows (Normal)

A set of standard crossbow arrows.

These arrows are very powerful, and capable of instantly killing many enemies if you successfully land a head-shot with one. They are used with the Crossbow.


Arrows (Pipebomb)

A set of explosive-tipped crossbow arrows.

Shortly after firing these types of arrows into an enemy, it will explode causing a lot of damage to enemies in its blast radius. They are used with the Crossbow.
